BOUND TO BE
Bound to be is based on stories of children trying to reach their dreams, the story of becoming an adult and the journey to making independent decisions. It aims to be an inspiration for the audience to reflect on their younger self and to set themselves free to become a child again.
Project Precedent: The Little Prince (2015 Film) S
The exhibition was planned to be put in the UNSW Galleries and was to be based on Asian artworks and objects to represent the Asian community and its achievements in the art industry. It was chosen to represent personal stories in which children, teens and young adults were told to pursue a career in medicine, law or engineering, for the benefit of a secure job and a comfortable life. Although many follow their parents wishes and keep their creativity to a side, others believe in following their dream and just try in hopes to prove their parents wrong.

The project involved learning a new program Vectorworks and I was able to produce detailed technical drawings of installation pieces that supported the artworks.
